Join our well-regarded, non-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Cary, North Carolina situated on a 32-acre campus in the heart of Cary, part of the Research Triangle Park area. We offer independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, all featuring private accommodations. Its facilities include various housing options like duplex cottages, free-standing homes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments connected by bright, enclosed hallways.

Residents benefit from amenities such as housekeeping, meal services, fitness programs, and cultural and recreational activities. The community also features a health clinic, an adult day center, a swimming pool, and multiple dining venues. Our CCRC emphasizes wellness through the enCompass program, promoting optimal health and fitness among residents. Our diverse therapy team provides physical, speech and occupational therapy to residents at all levels of care whether they are in our skilled nursing households or via scheduled outpatient appointments. We treat a variety of conditions amongst our disciplines that involve swallowing disorders, speech disorders, cognitive communication disorders, voice and language disorders, adaptive equipment training, energy conservation training, home safety and modification training, upper extremity rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, neurological conditions, lower extremity strength and balance training and mobility and ambulation training to name a few.
